1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using YogaScenes, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. User Accounts
You must use your Google account to log in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Sponsorship & Payments
All payments made on the platform are processed securely via Lemon Squeezy and are considered voluntary sponsorships for the entitlement selected at checkout. Program sponsorships apply only inside the selected mock exam. General sponsorships unlock non-exam sponsor benefits across YogaScenes and do not unlock mock exam programs. Access is granted immediately; thus, sponsorships are non-refundable.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
The materials, exams, and articles provided on YogaScenes are for educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
5. Ads & Analytics
Free access may be supported by Google AdSense ads. Guide ads are placed outside the main reading flow, and full exam sessions may show a dismissible ad modal when ads are enabled and no matching ad-free entitlement is active. YogaScenes also uses Google Analytics and internal aggregate metrics to understand product usage without intentionally sending personal identifiers in event payloads.
